Event “Green Cuisine”
Preparing a dinner from leftovers
In an effort to raise awareness on reducing food waste, the Municipality of Paralimni, the ENVITECH Ltd, and the Paralimni Technical School for Chefs organized the event “Green Cuisine- How to use leftovers” on 25 November 2011. The event included a presentation about preparing a meal with leftovers and a four-course dinner.
The event was held in the frame of the LIFE+ project “WASP Tool- Development and Demonstration of a Waste Prevention Support Tool for Local Authorities” (LIFE+10 ENV/GR/622).
