Following the legacy of the WASP Tool project (ended in September 2014), ESDAK is organising a workshop on food waste prevention.
The workshop aims to provide to the citizens knowledge and techniques for a better food management, from buying to the final consumption. Tips for maintaining food in the best possible condition and quality until the final consumption, with ultimate aim food waste prevention.
The seminars includes presentations and discussion regarding specific food items, different from those that have been discussed in the 1st seminar (part 1), which was held on April 2014 in the framework of the LIFE – WASP Tool project.
The event will be held on Monday 24th of November 2014, 17.00-22.00 in the New Amphitheatre SEYP, in the Technological Institute (TEI) of Crete, Iraklio, Crete.
